    Lisa supports first-generation college students and directs the University’s Cultural Advisor program which places trained student leaders in the residence halls to promote inclusive communities for students. She facilitates Common Ground’s social justice leadership retreat series, enVision, is an academic advisor to undeclared students, coordinates the MLK Day “Day of Service” and chairs the office’s Inclusive Community Fund committee. Lisa also works to organize professional women in higher education, and has presented on first-generation issues and on microaggressions in popular workshops and at professional conferences.
