    Dani Dho-Roberts is the Associate Director for Multicultural Programs in the Student Center for Equity & Inclusion (SCEI) at UR. In his role he leads the development and coordination of the various programs and initiatives that center the overall multicultural experience at UR. In addition to his role, as part of the multicultural team, he is also responsible for developing programs and advocating for the Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi, and Arab (APIDA) community on campus. Dani joined the university in January 2022. Prior to becoming a Spider, Dani has worked at other colleges and universities in various areas of student development including social justice, housing, fraternity and sorority life, student conduct, orientation, and student activities. Outside of his job Dani enjoys hiking, working out, playing video games, and spending time with his husband and their dog Evie.
