Multicultural Space

The Multicultural Space offers students a comfortable lounge to hang out, hold meetings, host events, and relax and recharge between or after classes. The Multicultural Space is open to anyone in the campus community interested in connecting with students from diverse backgrounds. For student organizations to reserve the space for private meetings or events, please follow instructions through the Spider Central managed within the Center for Student Involvement.

LGBTQ+ Lounge

The LGBTQ+ lounge serves as an affirming space for students to relax, connect with peers, study, or watch tv. This lounge includes three conversation areas and a comfy sofa to hangout or watch movies. Other amazing features of the lounge include a library of books centering LGBTQ+ stories and a variety of board and card games for students to play during their visit. Follow the UR LGBTQ+ Campus Life instagram for activities and other programs being hosted in the space.
